As Maxwell grows each day he is interested in what Mommy, Daddy, and other grown ups do. So I decided 3.5 is definitely a great time to be my little big helper. For tonight's dinner...chicken breast cutlets. Max honestly did everything but slice and chicken and cook them. Max is a great line cook and prepping!
My simpler recipe for chicken cutlets:
slice chicken
salt and pepper
2-3 eggs scrambled
dunk chicken in scrambled eggs
bread crumbs
dunk chicken in scrambled eggs
fry or bake
