Something you would attempt if you knew you couldn't fail.
Getting back into shape would be number ONE! I was on my way to this goal but life happens. I currently am not on any diets because I don't believe in them. I would eat in moderation. I certainly do not starve myself, if I am hungry I'll eat. I would have to work out, but haven't. I'll have to continue this weight lost goal in winter 2013.

Summer Blog Challenge Day 36
What is a holiday tradition you have in your family?
In my family growing up we always stayed up late until midnight Christmas Day to open our presents. I want our kids to open their presents Christmas morning. I also bake holiday themed cookies. Those are our holiday traditions...and hopefully more to come!

Baked Sour Cream and Onion Chicken
"Taste so good, make you wanna slap yo mamma!" -Uncle Elroy F.A.N
My crispy baked sour creme and onion chicken breast is soooooo good! Everyone loves it...I swear. And you know what? The recipe is so simple you'd laugh and think "Wtf?! why didn't I think of that?!" I do have one secret ingredient....SOUR CREAM AND ONION CHIPS! lol
Slice the chicken breast. Season and dip in eggs [don't forget to scramble the eggs lol]. Crush the sour cream and onion chips to your liking. Dip egged up chicken in sour cream and onion chips. Place on sprayed baking pan. 350 degrees for 30 mins. [If you dont have an oven you can fry them up too!] Enjoy folks!

Summer Blog Challenge Day 35
Talk about a fear you have.
A fear...hmmm. It's actually a constant fear that everything in my life and the things that surround me I can't control. I do have that type of controlling personality. Where things should be my way and that's the only and right way. I learn daily that with two kids and life in general that whatever I want to happen WILL NOT happen. I guess that's a fear I go through...I have others but seem too little compare to that.

Summer Blog Challenge Day 34: Fourth of July
Happy Independance Day America!
Today is a great day...It's the Fourth of July! Americas birthday! I would like to start saying that I am very thankful for the men and women who serve and protect us. I hope and pray they all get to spend time with their own families today.
The weather today is wonderful 94 degrees! We have plans on going out to see the fireworks and spend time with our families! On another note...lol...since I do not have a girl I do my best to "dress up" my children as festive as I can lol...Happy Fourth of July folks and God BLESS!!!
