I've noticed more and more that I'm much slower and my breathing needs to be deeper...as if I am gasping for air and/or just coming out of the water. I have that waddle and at times my lower back hurts. It all seems to be normal and up to date with what I'm supposed to be feeling around this week. I just wished I can move as I used to. I don't like being slow. I want things done...quick and so I can play and spend time with the boys. Other than that all is well...just feeling like a snail minus the slim...ew!
