Pan Seared Scallops

Craving some seafood but didn't want fish...Scallops!

I went to my local Wegmans and bought Scallops. My husband was hesitant and said, "We'd need to buy 5 gallons of that for me to me full!" What a fatty. We bought one and one was plenty enough.

What You'll Need:
olive oil
sea salt
white pepper

Heat up olive oil. Prior to that I seasoned the scallops with salt and pepper. I left the scallop on the pan 5 minutes each side and the final 3 minutes I added butter. Simple and quick...ENJOY!
