I love chips...my husband not so much. So to make a healthier type of chips other than our favorite kale chips, I decided to make Apple Chips.
What You'll Need:
2 apples any kind you want really minimum.
So here's what you do! Toss the sliced apples with sugar and cinnamon. Line a baking tray with parchment paper or a non stick mat. Line the apples on the baking tray in a single layer. Bake at 250 degrees for 2 hours or until chips are crispy. Makes approximately 30 apple chips [2 whole apples] Enjoy your fall treats!
