Vegan-Gluten-Free Waffles

For you Vegans out there!

I found this awesome recipe and I actually tried it out and found it to taste like an actual waffle. It was quick and easy.

What You'll Need:
3 1/2 cups water
8 oz (1 cup) tofu
1 Tbs frozen apple juice concentrate
2 1/2 cups gluten free oatmeal
1/2 cup corn meal
1/3 cup cashew nuts
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp vanilla

Go heat up your waffle iron...blend all the ingredients. slowly pour the mix into the non stick waffle iron.  Leave for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy a new breakfast!
