Something you would attempt if you knew you couldn't fail.
Getting back into shape would be number ONE! I was on my way to this goal but life happens. I currently am not on any diets because I don't believe in them. I would eat in moderation. I certainly do not starve myself, if I am hungry I'll eat. I would have to work out, but haven't. I'll have to continue this weight lost goal in winter 2013.
