Summer Blog Challenge Day 18

A recipe I love.

Simple and quick to cook...my chicken breast cutlets!

What you'll need:
Several thinly sliced chicken breast
Salt and pepper
At least two eggs
Bread crumbs
Cooking oil [or is baking cooking spray]

after thinly slicing the chicken breast season with salt and pepper. Scramble the eggs and dip chicken in the egg bath next dip chicken in the bread crumbs. Place battered chicken in cooking oil or in bake pan. Fry until evenly cooked on each side or 350 degrees for 20-25 mins. Enjoy!
